Animals
a. Only house pets such as cat, small bird, or small dog will be allowed in the condominiums.
b. A dog must not exceed eighteen inches in height at the shoulders.
c. All dogs shall be kept on a leash not to exceed six (6) feet in length when outside a Unit or any Restricted Common Elements reserved to the use of such Unit, and all dogs shall be directly under the Owner’s control at all times.
d. Owners of animals are responsible for cleaning up any messes by their pet in the building or on the grounds
